Feiya Go offers strategic, client-centered immigration counsel to individuals, families, and businesses across the United States.

Practicing immigration law since 2017, Feiya provides comprehensive legal support tailored to the unique needs of each client—from families seeking reunification, to individuals pursuing humanitarian relief, to employers hiring global talent in fields like technology, medicine, and research. Known for her problem-solving and compassionate approach, Feiya guides clients through every stage of the immigration journey, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residency, and naturalization.

Feiya has significant experience in family-based immigration, assisting U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents with the complex process of sponsoring family members for immigration status. She supports clients in securing immigrant visas, adjustment of status, and navigating the requirements for spouse and children petitions, and family reunification. Her approach is tailored to each family’s unique circumstances, ensuring efficient and compassionate support throughout the process.

Feiya has significant experience in employment-based immigration, with a focus on high-volume H-1B, TN, L-1, and I-140 filings, as well as dependent petitions. She also regularly assists clients with humanitarian immigration relief, including U visa and VAWA cases.

Most recently, Feiya served as Lead Immigration Attorney at a global organization, where she led a team of attorneys and support staff in managing high-volume legal review and application submission. In this role, she oversaw daily immigration operations, conducted onboarding and training, ensured legal compliance in filings, and drove process improvement initiatives to enhance legal quality and operational efficiency.

In addition to her legal practice, Feiya has served on the Board of Directors for FIUTS (Foundation for International Understanding Through Students), a nonprofit based at the University of Washington that promotes global understanding through international education and student engagement. Her involvement reflects her long-standing commitment to building inclusive, cross-cultural communities.

Feiya speaks Mandarin Chinese, which allows her to support a broader range of clients and communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking individuals and families.
