MacDonald Hoague & Bayless celebrates the Supreme Court’s DACA decision

MacDonald Hoague & Bayless celebrates the Supreme Court’s decision to reject the Trump Administration’s attempt to unlawfully terminate the DACA program. Since the DACA program was announced in 2012, MHB’s immigration group has helped individuals with their DACA applications, volunteered at legal clinics serving Washington State’s DACA community, supported Microsoft’s DACA employee population with DACA renewals, and assisted eligible DACA recipients in securing lawful permanent residence. MHB remains in solidarity with immigrants, their families, and friends. We urge Congress to reintroduce and pass the DREAM Act and comprehensive immigration reform immediately to fix our broken system and to provide a pathway to legalization and citizenship for the Dreamers and those who remain the most vulnerable amongst us.
