Judge Orders Immediate Dismissal of Murder Charges Against MHB Death Row Client.

A Nevada state court judge ordered MHB client Paul Lewis Browning to be released from the murder charges that have kept him on Death Row there for 33 years. The same judge dismissed the murder charges last March, but his order was stayed while the prosecution appealed. On August 7, over the prosecutors’ objection, the judge ruled that the dismissal order was to take effect immediately and released Mr. Browning from those charges.”
